CE.S.A.M. (Centro Studi Aziendali Mediterraneo), founded in 2003, is a non-profit association committed to organising activities of general and social interest in the fields of education and employment, with a particular focus on young people, adults at risk of unemployment and vulnerable people. The association aims to foster social inclusion and advancement through guidance, training and support for job placement.

In line with its founding principles, which regard work as the main instrument of social inclusion, CE.S.A.M. is committed to providing vocational training courses, traineeships and guidance services to help people of all ages and social backgrounds to build, update or redefine their career path. This approach not only meets the needs of local businesses, supporting their competitiveness, but also contributes to the socio-economic development not only of our region, but also of the European Union and of the Mediterranean area in particular.

Through constant commitment and cooperation with public and private bodies, it aims to build a more inclusive and supportive society, where every individual has the opportunity to fulfil their potential and contribute to collective well-being.
