CREATION OF THE LONG-LIST OF PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS

This Notice is aimed at creating a Long-List including all the professional profiles needed to carry out CE.S.A.M.’s training, guidance, management, administrative and technical activities, as listed below:

The Long-List will be used to select and contract the staff needed to carry out the institutional activities of the organisation, in compliance with the principles of transparency and publicity.

Applications may be submitted by persons who meet the following requirements:

  • Italian citizenship or citizenship of a European Union Member State;
  • full enjoyment of civil and political rights;
  • no criminal convictions, including non-final ones, and no pending criminal proceedings;
  • not having been excluded from the right to vote.

Requirement for regional projects

For projects funded by the Sicilian Region, pursuant to art. 15 of Regional Law 23/2019, vocational training operators are selected primarily from among those listed in the 2nd level Register of Trainers available on the SARF system of the Sicilian Region, with specific priority for those registered in the register of trainers. Please note that registration in the Register of vocational training operators on the SARF system can be completed at https://sarf.formasicilia.it using a digital identity and a certified e-mail address (PEC), which is required for communications to and from the portal.

Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on the following elements:

  • educational qualifications;
  • professional experience;
  • registration in the SARF Register (where required);
  • outcome of any interview;
  • consistency between the profile sought and the candidate’s profile.

Inclusion in the Long-List does not entail any obligation to award an assignment.

Recruitment for specific activities

For certain activities or professional profiles, where required by the relevant Notice or by applicable legislation, recruitment will take place exclusively through a specific public call, published in the PUBLIC CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS section of the website.

Contracts and remuneration

Ce.S.A.M. applies the types of contract provided for by current legislation. Remuneration will be set according to the activities assigned, in compliance with the minimum pay levels established by the applicable Regional Collective Labour Agreement (CCRL), which will constitute the basic pay threshold for staff classification.

Duration of the Long-List and updates

The Long-List will be valid for 24 months from the date of publication. The organisation may periodically update, supplement or extend the Long-List, every six months or according to project needs, by publication on its official website.

Processing of personal data

Data will be processed pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for purposes connected with the selection and management of the Long-List.
