Regional catalogue of training provision and for the delivery of qualification training pathways aimed at strengthening employability in Sicily
Ce.S.A.M. has included in the Catalogue the training pathways listed in the sheet below, intended for unemployed/jobless people resident in the Sicilian Region.
In addition, in line with its mission and the experience gained over the years, it has also planned activities to be carried out in detention and correctional facilities for prisoners
Taking part in the courses gives access to social and labour inclusion measures
(S.F.L. Training and Work Support and A.D.I. Inclusion Allowance)
Courses offered by CE.S.A.M.:
- Administrative and secretarial assistant
- IT operator – web resources
- Childcare services entertainer
- Social care worker
- Green area landscaping and maintenance worker
- Warehouse and logistics operative
- Educational facility assistant
Working-age people who are not in employment, namely:
a) unemployed
b) never employed
c) inactive
who must meet the following requirements:
- be resident or domiciled in Sicily
- be of working age
- hold the minimum educational qualification required for the type of course, as set out in the Sicilian Region’s Register of Qualifications
Non-EU citizens must hold a valid residence permit.
Those wishing to apply must submit the following documents:
- Application for admission to the training pathway, including the privacy notice (button below)
- Copy of a valid identity document
- Copy of the Tax Code (Codice Fiscale)
- Copy of the educational qualification (or a self-declaration)
- Declaration of immediate availability for work (DID)
How to submit applications
The application for admission, together with the documents listed above, must be delivered to our office at via Fabio Besta 12, Palermo, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13:30, no later than 07/08/2025 at 12:00.
Alternatively, by registered mail with return receipt to CESAM, via Fabio Besta 12, 90147 Palermo; the date of receipt, not the date of sending, will be taken into account.
The course is free of charge and attendance is compulsory.
The maximum number of absences allowed is 30% of the total course hours, excluding additional training modules, and in any case no more than 10 consecutive days: students who exceed this limit will be automatically withdrawn.
Participants may not attend more than one training pathway at the same time. Consequently, anyone enrolled on a course may not enrol on another course until they have completed the previous one.
After passing the final exam, to which only students who have attended at least 70% of the scheduled hours will be admitted, the qualification provided for by the Sicilian Region’s Register of Qualifications will be issued.
Students who meet the requirements of the Notice and have attended at least 70% of the scheduled training hours, excluding additional training modules, are entitled to a daily attendance allowance of 5.00 euros.
The minimum daily attendance required to receive the allowance depends on the scheduled length of the day in question; this condition will be specified when the Classroom Rules are handed out.
